The self-aligning cradle rotates on an axis to provide full support to the back or front of the neck for increased stability during repairs or maintenance work. In the UP position, the neck support's angle can accommodate a wide range of body thicknesses while holding the guitar securely in place. Flip the neck cradle into the DOWN position to work on electronics or the back of the instrument-the neoprene pad keeps the guitar from moving and protects the frets from damage. Guitarists, guitar techs, and guitar builders will find this to be a versatile and indispensable tool that will never leave their work bench. | | | |

Good product May 17, 2011
By Francis Montejo Does what the pictures describe. Makes changing strings and cleaning my guitars a heck of a lot easier than cradling a guitar on my lap. Product seems durable enough. A tad pricey for something that seems so simple that you can probably gin up a similar device with just about anything laying around your house. But this tool is worth buying if you want to have a dedicated tool when working on your instruments.

Good product, but over priced Jul 31, 2011
By ArsMagna The product is fairly good but costs twice what it should. If it were redesigned to support the body of the guitar with a height adjustment for the same price or sold and at half the price would be a fair deal. $6.95 for shipping and handling was also excessive.

Great Feb 27, 2012
By Twiddly Diddly I was impressed by the sturdiness and size of this neck cradle. Combined with the OP/TECH work mat that I purchased I can now turn almost any table or bench into a handy guitar workstation. In my experience Jim Dunlop always makes good products and this one continues that tradition.

Very nice for keeping the guitar in place and not putting stress on the neck. I use is for changing strings, making adjustments and even polishing my guitars.

Axe Maintenance Aug 03, 2010
By Herb A. Genelly III
"Herb Genelly (the G.A.S. Man)"
A must have to keep the Headstock of your axe up, and in a functional position so you can work on, or simply change strings quick and easy. Well made, easy to use, it's a great addition to a gigging musicians arsenal.
