I bought these to replace the set on my old SG since they were very old and worn out, causing slippage. These new ones are very sturdy and stay in tune for ages. Only very slight tuning adjustments from time to time, if that. Not only do they do their job perfectly, they look identical to the Gibson brand tuners that were stock. These are pleasing to ears AND eyes. 5/5.

The standard Gibson tuners were terrible, and I decided anything Grover would be awesome and reliable. Not dissapointed. It was a delightful surprise they had this exact style, BUT in quality -mode. ;)
they line-up with no mods.

I got these for my Gibson Les Paul as it was impossible to tune. They look like the original tuners and work GREAT. They are easy to install and look great. The guitar now is easy to tune and stays in tune. It is like having a new guitar. LOVE THEM!

I bought these vintage looking grovers to replace the tuning machines on my 20+ year old alvarez artist special edition.
They were a fine addition. The tuners are more accurate than the originals, and the golden color plays nicely off the pink abalone alvarez logo and koa wood body; a nice dress-up.
Grover is name that can be trusted for ease of installation, quality, accuracy, and long life.
I'm pleased to endorse these Grover Tuning Machines.
