The KustomĀ® KG212FX is a 30-watt guitar combo amplifier with two 12-inch Kustom speakers, two channels, and Reverb, Delay and Chorus effects. It is designed to offer a wide range of clean and dirty tones, while providing rugged dependability and intuitive operation. The KG212FX's Rhythm channel offers clear, dynamic tones that are perfect for a wide variety of musical styles. Using the Gain control, the Lead channel can dish out anything from chunky Classic Rock sounds to the heaviest, modern Metal tones out there. Separate Bass, Middle and Treble controls let players fine-tune the amp's tonal response as required. In addition, the KG212FX provides built-in Reverb and Delay effects that may be activated on the amp's front panel. Reverb can provide anything from subtle room ambiance to an all-out wash of cavernous sound. Delay is perfect for fattening up lead tones, especially when combined with distortion. Chorus adds a shimmering, liquid-like quality to the sound, especially with chords. Like every KG amplifier, the KG212FX offers an auxiliary input for plugging in an MP3 or CD player to practice along with tunes and a 1/8-inch headphone input that silences the internal speaker for late-night playing. Your family and neighbors will love it. An Effects Loop with Send and Return jacks provides flexibility for integrating external effects and processors. The KG212FX can be used with a single-function footswitch to switch between Rhythm and Lead channels . (We recommend Kustom footswitch model KAC-FS100.) All KG Series amplifiers provide a five-year, transferable electronics warranty to give buyers extra piece of mind with their purchase.

430 watts of pure sound.  Oct 26, 2011 By Z. Thurston
I got this amp a few months ago after my crate G20 died. This amp is 30 watts which seems low for a 212 amp, it has a very good volume level. It has a good clean channel. The only thing I don't like about the clean channel is that it's not as bright as I'd like. The distortion is not bad, I'm not a big distortion fan, I usually play rock, blues, and oldies. The only bad part on this amp to me is the distortion drive distorts very quickly. The reverb is decent, it's a digital reverb, the crate had a spring reverb so I prefer. The chorus works well a pedal is nice so you can change the rate. Over all this is a very good amp. If your short on money to get a large 212 I would recommend this amp.

4Good amp.  Feb 17, 2012 By kvworshiper
I just bought this amp and have only played it once. It took me a second to dial in the tone, gain, and volume knobs to get a good sound. The built in effects aren't really that great so I wouldn't depend on that. I kind of expected that and went a head and bought other pedals. But for the price of this amp you cant beat it. There's two twelve inch speakers in this thing that can be extremely loud when turned up. Also, the amp is pretty light weight which is a plus when you play a lot of small gigs and have to carry it around all the time. Great for practice, studio, and small gigs. And, it wasn't that expensive.
