No longer "blowin' in the wind" Feb 18, 2011

The clip slips over the bottom lip of your stand and a 12 inch clear plastic arm covers from bottom to top of one page of your music. There is a metal clip reinforcing the plastic where it goes over the lip of the stand, so it should firmly attach to the stand for a long time.
I like this clip much better than the 'close-pin' types which tend to be shorter, attach to the sides, and bend out from the music (this one touches the page its entire length).
You may want to get two for windy situations.

This music clip is very handy. It keeps my sheet music from blowing off the music stand,I have a ceiling fan in the music room running in summer during practice.
The music clip also helps hold the pages open on music books.
