This cloth is much thicker than the cloths that come with eyeglasses, which is why it can be used for polishing. It has a nice texture and feel, is well made with stitching around the edges that cheaper cloths lack, and works well for polishing.
It also works nicely to remove smudges and fingerprints from my BlackBerry and iPod Touch, and to clean my glasses and computer screen.
This is a quality cloth that is very useful.

I have 2 of these, 1 i keep on my desk just to wipe off touch screen devices
The other, I keep in my gig bag, for my glossy finish guitars
Both applications work great
I like this cloth because it has a soft cotton like feel, combined with the cleaning power of a micro-fiber.
Overall, good buy, I recommend it!

Tried several products for cleaning my newly purchased black electro acoustic Washburn and none of them did their work until I got to this wonderful polish cloth. Fingerprint and superficial scratches gone without using any products at all without having to sweat it, what else can you ask? The price is great for what you get, and you can even wash it and reuse it several times before the magic really wears off.
I'm definitively sticking to Planet Waves products!

what else can i say, it does everything it says it will, cleaned up the dust, finger prints, and oils off my guitar in first use! a very good product, if you dont clean your guitar every day like some people do, or maybe not at all, this is a perfect way to keep your guitar going, gets the oil, dust and keeps my Les Paul looking pretty. and it is machine washable, making everything easier on my part. glides across the surface of the guitar making it very easy to clean!
dont buy this product if you want your guitar sparkling, becuase it doesnt, it just cleans it and makes it look new, without the added chemicals and shine of polsihing spray. overall though i WOULD recommend this to a friend, a very great product!!! will buy a gain!

The zip-lock storage bag is a big plus. The cloth itself is easy to use on my acoustic guitar and cleans up all the days' unwanted leftovers. I've been wiping down guitars for over 40 years and this is the very best cloth EVER!
