If you are not completely satisfied with any item*, return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will refund 100% of the original purchase price, not including any shipping/handling charges. Free or reduced freight orders will be retro-actively charged the actual freight from the initial delivery. Product must be in factory fresh, resellable condition including all original packing and paperwork, warranty card and owners manual. Items returned without an authorization number or items returned that are not in original condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
*Books, videos, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, internal earpieces, all mouth blown instruments, software and special orders are not covered by this return policy.
Before returning any item, contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. To receive a (RA) number, please contact us here with the original order number, merchandise description and the reason for return. |
